The next Major Update for Pumpkin Smashing is almost here! In this devlog, we will review some of the significant changes in this next update. The update will be out around the end September / early October.

Updated Textures!

Many items have gotten their textures changed like the pumpkin seeds and tool skins you can buy from the shop. Some over textures changed are point textures, backgrounds, endless mode's shop, and the pumpkin field.

Wide Screen!

The game now has a wider screen giving more space for the pumpkins and obstacles to spawn. Having a wider screen means backgrounds have been changed like the main menu and the shop in endless mode.

Changes To Points!

The way points give you money in endless mode has been changed. When you open settings there are now three difficulties, normal, hard and crazy. When playing on Normal Mode it will take 30 points to get 5 money when playing on Hard Mode it will take 50 points to get 5 money, and lastly when playing on Crazy Mode it will take 50 points to get 5 money.

Bug Fixes!

Many bugs have been fixed in this update one of the major ones was a bug where if you clicked a pumpkin or pot/soil bag when it disappears/breaks you would still get the points/lose the money. Some other minor bugs have been fixed like not being able to check item info in phone mode have been fixed.

Other Things Being Worked On!

Some other things that are still being worked on are adding more textures/colors for the flower pots, and updating textures for tools and shop upgrades. There is a bit more that is being worked but I don't want to spoil everything just yet! I hope you guys are excited about this update!
